Still life on canvas of violin, signed William Bieley. Signed lower right. This beautiful oil on canvas painting depicts a violin sitting on a blanket of sheet music. The violin's neck is resting on a small stack of books. Behind the violin sits a single lit candle on a gold colored candlestick. To the right of the violin sits one more book that has a red rose resting atop it. The painting has a dark background that allows the items in the front to really pop with their vibrant warm toned colors. The piece is held in a wooden frame with brass corner caps. A beautiful still life that would be perfect for a violinist or other music lovers.
