This red lacquered wedding chest is adorned with gilded calligraphy. It sits on a tall stand with pronounced feet, and has brass clasp that keeps the box securely shut. The box is completely open on the inside, and still has the gorgeous red lacquer finish that the exterior does. A gorgeous decorative chest perfect to add a traditional Chinese touch to a space.
