Limoges Trinket Box Birdcage (0IB00B)

Limoges birdcage trinket box. Marked on the bottom. This charming piece depicts a bird cage adorned with small details on each side. The top of the piece is accented with grapes which sit atop the painted cage details. The sides of the piece continue the cage details, and include more designs such as birds, a door to the cage, and more grapes. The outer edge of the box is accented with a brass trim and bird shaped fastener. The box has a domed lid, and rectangular base that sits on four short feet. When opened, the box reveals a gold abstract design. A beautiful little piece that's sure to elevate any collection.
