The top of the base holds a grassy scene that supports both Artemis and her horse along with Artemis' bow and quiver. Artemis leans on her horse with her one hand in her hair, the other resting on the horse's side. She is wearing draped white robes that have a subtle purple shade to them. Her bay horse with a tan coat and dark brown mane and tail stands with one hoof in the air. Its mane and tail flowing with the wind.
