Circa 1810

Attributed to either Boston or North Shore Massachusetts, this fine representation of early American furniture features solid mahogany flip top with original hinges upon a acanthus carved pedestal. Stands on four sabered legs, capped with bronze molded feet and each knee ornamented with bronze molded medallion.
