B. Peters folk art painting on board. Signed lower left, marked "Sycamore ILL. 1987". This gorgeous painting depicts a landscape scene with vast, rolling hills and a small town. The hills are lined with trees, fences, and rivers, all of which frame the town full of colonial homes. The sky is a faint yellow color that blends more towards a blue gray the higher up it goes. The work has a black border, but is not framed. A serene, folk art style scene perfect to add character and charm to a room.
