Antique Louis XV bombe satinwood commode with bronze ormolu. This gorgeous antique commode features stunning bronze ormolu details and a marble top. The chest is a bombe shape with an elegant bowed front and sides. The chest is constructed with gorgeous, medium-toned satinwood veneer that accentuates the bronze ormolu. The piece sits on splayed feet with bronze scrolled details that cover the front edge. The three drawers have two scrolled brass handles and a matching escutcheon. Each drawer can be accessed with the included key. A curved apron accents the lower edge of the commode, and is further detailed with its own ormolu details. The marble tabletop is multi-colored with rosy hues and, cream, and gray marbleization. A stunning antique piece with incredible craftsmanship that speaks for itself with so many eye-catching details.
