Antique French Oil Pot, Green Glaze with three Handles (0HP00N)

Antique French oil pot with emerald green glaze. This beautiful piece was historically used to store nut and olive oils. The pot features three handles. One handle opposite the spout would have been used to tilt the pot forward for ease of pouring. The other two handles on either side of the pot would be used to lift and carry the piece. The pot has a stunning patinated green glaze that emphasizes how much time has passed since its creation. Its distressed appearance is a testament to the antique status of this piece. A beautiful piece of history and art that would be a perfect statement piece for a setting with a rustic feel.
