This piece features an angel sitting on a rock with their chin resting on their hand. The wings splayed behind them. Behind the swirls, there are two figures of Napoleon, one standing in the bottom right and the other on a horse in the center. 

Salvador Dalí was an icon of Surrealism, the 20th-century avant-garde movement that sought to release unconscious creative potential through art that featured dreamlike imagery.
