Original oil on paper by Neal Doty. Framed and matted oil on paper with COA. Composition is "Untitled" and signed in lower right. Black streamline frame with white and blue layered matte.
Doty was from California and served during Viet Nam. In 1976, won 1st place at the Larchmont Art Exhibit in LA. In 1977, he was a commissioned artist with Paramount Studios in Hollywood. His work has appeared all across the country.
