Yaacov Agam, (Israeli, B. 1928) is a well known and the highest selling Israeli artist in history. He accredited with having the technique of incorporating lines of painted strips that appear to his viewers as if they are oscillating or moving, "Agamographs" His experimental works in painting, sculpture, ceramics, etching and stained glass allowed him to be educated and travel worldwide. Some of his greatest known works are sculptures in New York City and Jerusalem. He is a very notable artist in Op Pop Art. He is still alive, working and residing in Paris.
