Robert C. DeVoe was a member of the American Watercolor Society based in New York City, the National Watercolor Society in California and the Watercolor USA Honor Society. He is most noted for his extraordinary still life paintings. His use of color, light and texture embodies the finest attributes of the Realist Painting genre.
