Cream and sugar dish with tray in the pattern "Budapest" by the brand Anna Weatherly. Features a garden motif with small butterflies, insects, and leaves hand-painted atop white porcelain. Gold paint adorns the edge of the cream, sugar, and matching plate. Bottom of plate is stamped "Anna Weatherly Designs, Hand Painted in Hungary" with a small blue and yellow butterfly suspended above.
