1521 N. Hoyne Ave. Chicago IL plaster relief sculpture by Alice 'Zani' Jacobsen. Features a hand cast and hand painted ceramic design. The house has all the classic Queen Anne features; a multi- planed roof, a wide variety of stone and intricate masonry with terra-cotta trim, turrets, towers and is one of the many examples of this genre on Hoyne, (one of the earliest paved streets in the city).
Alice "Zani" Jacobsen (1928–1993), was an American postwar and contemporary sculptor who resided on the North Side of Chicago. She is known for her plaster sculptural reliefs of buildings, structures, and famous landmarks.
